I am so comfortable with how my body feels lately, I don’t remember ever feeling like this even in my 20s. I feel very comfortable having easy rest days and not feeling the need to overdo it with getting everything in on my days I do exercise. This is also a very new feeling for me.

I will miss you, the person and coach the most. I want to thank you for allllll that you have done for me and have tried to do. I know working with someone that doubts herself around every bend can be very hard and draining (I do it every day in my classroom) but you never gave up on me and you never made me feel less than myself even when I couldn’t see the good. It has been a relief to know that you do not expect perfection of me, which I knew you didn’t but I still put that pressure on myself. I still want to put forth my best effort but like you said some days will look different than others. It was nice to enjoy vacation, not feel like I couldn’t enjoy treats and also have a plan and stick with it.
